Tested: 5Yina Divine Seasons Biocellulose Mask

5Yina has been blowing me away with all of their releases as of this year! You might have remembered my three part review of the gorgeous seasonal oils that they offer.  5Yina is expanding their line with some of the MOST luxe biocellulose masks I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing.  Trust me, I've used a lot of sheet masks in my time and this one is truly a winner on all fronts.  I really need to start a 5Yina fund to feed my obsession with their brand at this point. The Divine Seasons Biocellulose Mask is 5Yina's latest brainchild combining the newest scientific innovations in skincare and traditional beauty secrets of Chinese Medicine.
I noticed results instantly after using the mask and it has quickly become one of my favorite( if not my favorite) "sheet" masks that I've tried!

Experience:
The Biocellulose Mask comes in a hefty, individually sealed mask packet.  Needless to say, there is plenty of essence in the packet asides from that on the mask. A little tip to making the most of this mask is that you can pour the extra essence into a little jar to apply later as a second treatment.  The mask is enclosed between a blue and clear sheet so that it makes unfolding it extremely easy.  You can tell that 5yina did not skimp on the packaging of this product! I usually just apply the mask onto my face and leave it on for about 25 minutes (though they suggest 15-20 minutes).  I then take off the mask, squeeze the last bit of essence out to apply on my neck, and leave it on.

I noticed an immediate glow that was imparted on my skin right as I took off the mask.  My skin texture was also extremely soft and even.  My face felt so plump right after taking off the mask, and on that note, I'd like to iterate that the plumpness wasn't that of a normal moisturizing mask.  My cheeks literally felt as bouncy as jello when you press against it just to feel the bounce back.  My favorite part? Not only did it help even out my skin tone, it also lightened up my acne scars noticeably after about 3 uses.  The bottom line is that this mask is worth the price and packs an explosive punch in what it can do to improve your skin.

The Calendula is a great calming component in the ingredients.  Aloe Vera helps the skin retain moisture and helps keep the skin plump.  Goji berries are great for its antioxidant properties for stressed out skin exposed to toxic environments and as a great ingredient to help brighten and smoothen the skin.  Ginseng revitalizes the skin and licorice is great at clearing heat and calming any skin inflammation. Job's tears is wonderful at clearing heat, expelling pus, and clearing any dampness in the skin. Chinese medicine theorizes that many skin irritations come from heat and dampness, characteristics that are alleviated with the ingredients in this mask.

What have you tried and enjoyed from 5Yina? They are a brand that's become one of my favorites in the green beauty realm!

Big Love,

Vanessa
