Tested: Gressa Lumiere Luminous Complexion Fluid ( Amelia)

It is a fact that without blush, I don't quite look human.  I owe a lot to blush to say the least.  I've recently converted to cream blush recently to elevate that glow from within factor and that (along with some very convincing pictures from my favorite bloggers) is what spurred me to test out the Gressa Lumiere liquid blush in Amelia.  You see, I had a phase a few years back when all I would wear was peachy orange blush.  In the summer, it gave me a bright pop of color. In the winter, I didn't care that it defied seasonal color laws of beauty because, hey, orange just worked really well to brighten up my complexion and I was not going to give it up and look like a white walker from Game of Thrones.  I have since gravitated towards more pink hues for my cheeks but one swipe of Amelia has completely re-instilled the faith in orange and I may never go back!

Consistency: This blush is housed in a black glass bottle to conserve the properties of the ingredients from light.  You only need a very small amount to cover both cheeks and your lips(if so desired).  I usually only use a small dot-sized amount each time I dispense this.  The liquid blush blends out well but I do find that I need to blend it out quickly or else it may look uneven.  It dispenses as a peachy orange shade with very fine micro shimmers that give it a nice highlighter effect.  Although it has micro shimmers, it does not come off as glittery or in your face with the shimmer.  This blush is not oily in any sense and sits very comfortably on the skin.  I don't even feel it on my skin after I've applied it and it definitely does not feel cakey by any means.

Ingredients:
Innovative 100% Vegan formula highlights : *Ricinus communis (Castor) Seed Oil, *Brassica oleracea italica (Broccoli) Seed Oil, *Rosa canina (Rosehip) Seed Oil, *Hippophae rhamnoides (Sea Buckthorn) Seed Oil, Carthamus Tinctorius (Safflower) Oleosomes, Rosemary Extract, CoEnzymeQ10, Leuconostoc/Radish Root Ferment Filtrate, *Proprietary blend of therapeutic precious oils. *CERTIFIED ORGANIC

Worn here: Gressa Lumiere Fluid (Amelia) on cheeks and lips

Experience:  I'm in love with this blush for several reasons.  I'm given such a lovely glow whenever I wear this and this glow lasts all day without any issues for my usual 10 hour wear.  I do experience a bit less color by the end of the day but, all in all, it is just a less intensified flush of peachy orange.  The product does not separate on my skin.  I prefer using this on my cheeks as I find it a bit drying on my lips even though the micro shimmers in the blush really accentuate my lips and gives a plumper effect.  I do need to reapply the liquid blush if I use it on my lips given that I am eating and drinking throughout the day.

You can find the Lumiere in both Elise (pink) and Amelia( peachy orange): HERE

Big Love,

Vanessa
